Training of the operators
Daily process control on surface treatment and problem solving
Process improvement
Participation in equipment sourcing
Key Tasks
Independently evaluates, selects and applies suitable engineering techniques to solve process problems happen in production ;
Responsible for making adaptation/modification in order to achieve optimum solutions for process projects;
Responsible for the new process define, layout and capacity design and ordering processing equipments and advising suitable suppliers;
Standard time maintain and improvement.
Participate in improvement projects by analyzing, implementing and coordinating production processes to fulfil the continuous improvement;
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
Good oral English is well.
Have good knowledge in professional (surface treatment) area and be good at both theoretical and practical skill; problem solver.
Working experience in production.
