职位描述
Training of the operators;
Daily process control on assembly, and problem solving;
Process improvement;
Participation in relative equipment sourcing.
Key Tasks
Independently evaluates, selects and applies suitable engineering techniques to solve process problems happen in production;
Responsible for making adaptation/modification in order to achieve optimum solutions for process projects;
Responsible for the new process define, layout and capacity design and ordering processing equipments and advising suitable suppliers;
Standard time maintain and improvement.
Participate in improvement projects by analyzing, implementing and coordinating production processes to fulfil the continuous improvement;
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
Good oral English is well.
Have good knowledge in professional (welding & assembly ) area and be good at both theoretical and practical skill; problem solver.
Working experience in production.
