Responsibilities:
Determine or buy off new equipment and its installation and also provide new procedure / standard / instruction.
Maintenance of equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
Ensure minimum machine downtime.
Provide solution/breakthrough for better uptime, MTBF (mean time between failure), MUBJ (mean time between jammed) and cost.
Develop training package and train the trainer to ensure that maintenance team are well trained.
Lead group of technician for sustaining and improvement activities.
Set standard operation procedure to system/equipment.
Negotiate with supplier on cost, upgrading, spare part and services.
Participate/coordinate project for improvement activities to support organization goals and objective (cost, quality, productivity process, safety).
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Good communication and team spirit.
Good command of English writing and reading.
Be prepared to work overtime and different shifts.
