职位描述：

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities include:

- Answering player in-game posted petitions
- Responding to incidents received through email and the official web page
- Testing specific features
- Identify and report recurrent bugs
- Dealing with the community
o Keeping up to date with the community
o Harassment issues between players
o Aiding players new to EVE

Game masters must have the following:

- English writing skill level of CET-6 and above, spoken English is not required
- Motivated and committed team players
- Quick to learn and can work autonomously
- Great interpersonal communication skills

Pluses:

- Previous work experience in online games
- Experience playing foreign MMO′s
- QA experience
