Managing end to end full circle recruitment process

Nurturing business relationships with candidates via online calls or offline meetings

Gaining edging information of talent market/ market knowledge/ salary range/organization

Playing important and significant role in participating individual career advisor

Making professional recommendation report/ presentation PPT

Participating partially support team leader providing consultation or recruitment suggestion to well-known companies
