职位描述
Consulting interns (office location: Shanghai)
Job Duties:
1. Assist consultants to conduct a strategic sourcing project
a. Conduct desktop research to identify potential vendors based on defined criteria, and contact these vendors by cold calls/email for verification
b. Follow up with potential vendors to collect company profiles
c. Follow up with shortlisted vendors to ensure they can submit their quotations accurately and timely
d. Proactively maintain good relationship with potential vendors, help to address their questions and share suppliers’ feedback/questions with project team
2. Conduct other related duties as required

Qualifications:
1. 4th year university students or Masters degree student or fresh graduates
2. Be able to commit 5 working days per week for at least 3 months
3. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills (Excel skills required)
