职位描述 The intern will support the EC Digital Team based in Shanghai in running operations of Solvay 1688 Flagship Store in China. Activities will include: 1. Support in planning and running marketing activities to boost traffic and conversion on the store and in improving the store layout and content shared on different media: e.g. Proofreading online shop layout, product page, WeChat article, etc. 2. Analyze results and create reports for leads, Baidu keywords, 1688 traffic and ad-hoc marketing campaigns (e.g. prospection calls reports,…), and make recommendations for improvements 3. Carry out ad-hoc analyses, including online research, for existing or new GBUs (e.g. identify if some our distributors are already online, check if GBU products or competitive products already sold online,…) 4. Support in managing processes such as provider payments (2-3 weeks every quarter) 5. Coordinate store design and marketing activities for new products launch: including coordinate to take new product picture, sample picture, live show or other marketing campaign support 6. Document processes and flows (update existing documentation) In addition, the intern may provide additional support for other Digital Customer and Business Process Excellence projects Responsibility of the position: 1. Optimize processes and marketing activities in collaboration with the team 2. Analyze results, propose improvement actions and optimize reporting 3. Complete the documentation of processes and flows
