Job description 岗位描述
1.Technical window between Customer, OEM, Tier one supplier and Hella during the product development;
在产品研发过程中作为海拉和客户、主机厂、一级供应商的技术接口；
2.Clarify the customer technical requirement, transfer customer requirement to design team and ensure the accuracy and transparency of the requirement;
明确客户技术需求，并转化为设计需求，同时确保需求的准确性与一致性；
3.Coordinate the internal design to full fill the customer requirement;
协调内部研发以满足客户的需求；
4.Onsite support at Customer or OEM side for problem solving;
协助客户或主机厂现场解决问题；
5.Analyze and evaluate the data from OEM bench and vehicle test;
分析并评估主机厂台架及路试数据；
6.Promote Hella product in China Market;
在中国市场推广海拉的产品；
7.Collect the marketing information and look for the opportunity, support the quotation;
收集市场的需求，并寻找好的机会，支持项目报价；
8.Transfer know-how of new product from Hella headquarter to local team;
从海拉总部掌握产品核心技术，并转移到内部团队；
9.Other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
部门经理安排的其他工作。
Necessary requirements 任职资格
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical and mechanical engineering, electronic engineering and the automatization specialty or equivalent degrees;
机电工程、电气工程及其自动化或相关专业学士或以上学位；
2.Experience in mechanical design will be an advantage;
具有机械设计经验者优先考虑；
3.Basic knowledge on data processing;
数据处理的基本知识；
4.Fluent in spoken and written English; good communication and coordination skill;
英语说写流利；良好的沟通和协调能力；
5.Familiar with office tools;
熟悉办公软件；
6.Be able to travel frequently;
可以经常出差；
7.Open mind and team work spirit;
思路开放和团队合作精神。
