Key responsibilities

Working as a part of the deal team to support seniors in deal origination and execution.

Contributing to the production of presentation materials, prepare transaction documents.

Supporting in conducting due diligence and performing market and industry research, financial valuation and analysis.

Participating in discussions about client-related topics, and working on every aspect of a live transaction.

Qualifications

Strong accounting, finance and business writing skills.

A self-starter with ability to master new tasks quickly.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

A well-rounded academic background from renowned university.
