Global consumer service representative (March – September, 2019)

Since 2011, hundreds of university students have joined the Intex internship program working as English language consumer service representatives in our call center. This program was conceived to promote goodwill in the communities we serve, and to help identify suitable candidates to join our company permanently after internship.

During the 3 to 6 months (depending on applicants' availability) internship, Chinese and foreign students will work together in a cross cultural environment. For Chinese students, tremendous progress in spoken English can be achieved through an intensive 4 week classroom training session and 100+ hours/month of telephone conversation time with North American consumers.

Internship offer:

1. For 2019, the internship starts March 25 and ends September 27.

2. Meals and accommodation provided free, in addition to living allowance subsidy of Rmb 2,300/ month

3. Call center operating hours: Weekdays 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. (night shift is required as it serves the North America market during the day)

4. Interns will respond to consumers by email or telephone, answering enquiries about the use and service of our products

5. Train and work together with up to 70 students from various universities, making life-long friendships while learning new skills

Requirements:

1. Chinese or foreign university students in the second, third or final year of any discipline, enrolled in a university in China

2. Good spoken and written English skills

3. Good attitude, mature, a team player

4. Selection will be by telephone or Wechat interview (conducted between Oct 2018 – Feb 2019)

5. To help in the selection process, applicants are requested to include in their resumes a 150 word English essay on this topic: “My career plan for the next two years”.

英语客户服务实习生（2019年3 - 9月）

自2011，数百名大学生已完成Intex公司的英语国际客服中心的实习。这实习项目为本公司回馈社会及培养年轻人的一个意愿，同时也帮助公司在实习期后招聘合适员工入职。

在3至6个月（依据各学员/学校的时间表）的实习期间，中国与外国学生将在一个跨国文化环境中一起工作。经过4周的课堂训练及每月100多个小时与北美洲消费者电话交谈，中国学生可在极短的时间明显有效的提升英语口语。

实习机会：

1. 实习期为2019年3月25至9月27。

2. 公司免费提供膳食及住宿，另补贴生活费2,300元/月

3. 客服中心营业时间：晚上11点到早上8点（只上夜班，为北美洲提供白天时间服务）

4. 实习生的工作含电子邮件或电话联系，为消费者解答产品的使用方法或其他服务要求。

5. 与大约70名、多家学校学生一起培训及工作，在一起学习新技能的同时建立长期的友谊。

实习岗位要求：

1. 第二、第三或最后一年在中国大学就读的中国或外国学生

2. 良好的英语说写能力

3. 态度成熟，有团队精神

4. 电话或微信面试（2018年10月至2019年2月举行）

5. 请申请人提供英语简历，并在简历添加一篇150字的英文短文，题目为：“My career plan for the next two years".
