Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and deliver Design & Release Engineering on current and future model programs for enginesubsystem to meet program milestone

Engage with Ford Global Core teams for engineering interface;

Provide support for Ford JV (Joint Venture) Vehicle Manufacturing operations including current model quality technical resolution

Develop working relationship with JV partners, and lead interface meeting with JV partners;

Support prototype engine builds with quality parts delivered on time;

Provide launch support, resolve engine launch issues and manage engineering changes.

Liaise with JV to support product launches and ensure issues are fixed in time with quality according to milestone deliverable,

Lead or work with supplier to understand engineering specification and resolve issues.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical / Automotive) or a related discipline,

Good English communication skills, both oral and written

Familiar with GD&T
