The Bayer China IT Management Trainee Program will develop high potential young talents into future IT leaders.

You will have the opportunity to deep dive different IT functions before moving into your desired position; you will experience international working environment to broaden your perspective and build global network; you will enjoy accelerated development through challenging assignments and coaching from senior managers.

Program elements:

As Bayer IT Trainee, you will experience 36 months intensive program, including:

- Rotations in different IT functions supporting different business domains

- Daily coaching from your rotation managers

- Participating challenging & dynamic projects

- Mentoring from Sr. Managers for leadership

- Global exposure and possible international assignment

Qualifications:

Bachelor or above degree from a recognized university with preferably IT major.

Excellent written and oral English.

Passionate with IT.

Strong self-motivation and result driven.

High leadership potential and learning agility.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, good team player.

Mobile for domestic and international assignment.
