岗位描述：

1. Responsible for daily management and maintenance of company hardware and software.

负责公司软件、硬件的日常管理及维护。

2. Respondents for VMware Server operation and maintenance

负责公司虚拟化平台的运维。

3. Responsible for Windows servers, services, system setup and maintenance ,including AD ,fileserver ,WSUS, Office 365, SQL server ,Hyper-V server ,etc.

负责公司Windows服务器及服务的相关配置及管理，包括域控，文件服务器，WSUS, Office 365, 数据库SQL, 微软虚拟机服务器等。

4. Responsible for file restore and Outlook set up.

负责服务器文件恢复及Outlook设置。

5. Work out IT policy to ensure company daily working.

负责实施和跟踪使公司生产活动顺利有效进行的IT方针。

6. Responsible for the new employee computer setup, such as system build, new account, mail setting, software install, etc.

负责新员工电脑的设置，例如系统安装、账户设置、邮件配置、软件安装等。

7. Responsible for computer hardware and software maintenance, including computer hardware issue diagnosis, resolve, hardware and software installation and testing.

负责所有计算机软硬件系统的维护，包括：计算机软硬件故障的诊断、解决，软硬件的安装、调试。

8. Responsible for maintenance Symantec BE 2010 Server and backup and verify of users daily work data, also backup data for exit employee, and share documentation management.

负责维护Symantec BE备份服务器，保证公司所有工作资料定期备份和检查，离职员工资料备份，以及共享文档的管理。

9. Responsible for setup and maintenance the Anti-virus protection (McAfee EPO) server and clients.

负责设置和维护公司的杀毒软件McAfee服务器系统和客户端程序，保证数据安全。

10.Responsible for maintenance the video conference system, company door access system, telephone system, clock in/out system, etc.

负责维护公司视频系统、门禁系统、电话系统、考勤系统等，保证其正常使用。

11.Responsible for the maintenance network system, VPN and daily trouble shooting and management.

负责公司网络、VPN的日常维护管理，保证其正常使用。

12.Responsible for IT Fix Assets management, maintenance and annual inventory.

负责公司IT固定资产的管理、维护和年度盘点。

13.Printer, copy machine and Fax maintenance.

打印机、复印机、服务器等的维护。

14.Responsible for assistant with ERP implementation and daily maintenance.

负责协助公司ERP的日常维护。

15.Responsible for new Employee IT training, e.g. IT policy, computer setting in compliance with company requirement, or other office skills if possible, etc.

负责新员工培训，如IT政策、符合公司要求的电脑设置，并提供其他常用办公软件应用技巧等。

16.ISO implement.

执行ISO。

17.Complete other works assigned by superior.

完成上级交代的其他工作。

Requirement:

要求：

1. College degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, network maintenance experience. Good skills in computer hardware and software.

计算机类专业或相关专业，有网络维护工作经验，熟知计算机软件硬件技术。

2. Familiar with VMware Virtualization

熟悉VMware虚拟化技术

3. Good knowledge of VMware, all Windows OS, Microsoft Office, SQL SERVER.

很好的VM虚拟化，Windows操作系统，微软Office产品及SQL Server知识。

4. Good English skill both oral and written.

英语良好。

5. ERP knowledge and experience is preferred.

拥有ERP知识及经验者优先考虑。
