1、大专以上学历，英语4级或口语流利优先考虑；

Higher degree than college, English better than CET-4 ,fluent oral English takes the precedence；

2、积极上进，热爱售后服务行业；

3、热情开朗，诚实守信，吃苦耐劳，具备良好的沟通能力及独立解决问题的能力；

Optimistic, enthusiastic, trustworthy, honest; good abilities of communication and independently resolving the issues；
