一、岗位要求

1、30周岁以下，中专（含）以上学历者优先；

2、大学英语四级425分（含）以上者优先；

3、熟练使用各类办公软件，具备基本的办公技能，能够使用日常的办公设备及用具；

4、对文献管理、图书管理有兴趣，热爱阅读；

5、具有较好的礼仪素养、性格稳重，为人诚信、具有较强的进取意识和团队合作精神；

6、吃苦耐劳，谨慎细致，富有责任心，执行力强，工作自律；

7、每周能够提供至少40个小时的工作时间（包括周末），长期实习及能够尽快入职者优先。

二、岗位职责：

1、根据工作指标要求为图书编目；

2、修补、影印、扫描图书，并进行电子化管理；

3、书目维护及进出管理；

4、档案管理；

5、协助举办各类分享活动；

6、编写并完善工作日志；

7、领导交办的其他事务。

三、薪酬、福利与职业发展规划

1、实习补贴为171元/日（8小时计）；

2、工作时间外可参加公司的专业知识培训；

3、半年度旅游（拟转正实习生）；

4、实习生见习6个月以上，且期满合格，可直接聘用为公司正式员工，并转岗至行政服务类、资讯类、研究类等岗位（本条必须符合作为劳动者的法定录用条件）。

四、招聘说明

1、有应聘意向的应聘者可通过本网站向公司投递简历，投递简历者须确保本人符合岗位要求，本岗位不招聘短期实习，请勿盲目应聘；存在虚假记载、误导性陈述或者重大遗漏的，其不利后果由应聘者承担；

3、应聘程序：

a.公司将于收到简历的3个工作日内对简历进行初筛，向符合条件的应聘者通过短信或者邮件的形式邀请进入网上申请阶段；

b.应聘者在2个自然日内完成网上申请以后，公司将在3个工作日内向符合条件的应聘者通过短信或者邮件的形式邀请进入笔试阶段，笔试须到公司现场进行机考；

c.应聘者完成笔试的，公司将在3个工作日内向符合条件的应聘者发出通知进入面试环节，部分岗位的应聘者在笔试完成当场稍事休息后可立即进入面试环节；

d.面试通过后，公司将在与应聘者确认有关事宜后，发送聘用通知；

4、为减少应聘者不必要的路途奔波，原则上公司在应聘阶段只需应聘者前往公司现场最多二次，请应聘者务必在每一个阶段严格按照通知邮件或者短信的内容准备材料和证件，以免徒增往返次数；

5、公司在录用完成以后，将会向求职路途比较遥远的职员提供车马费和住宿费的报销，请应聘者保留好在应聘阶段产生的车马费和住宿费发票；

6、录用完成以前，所有应聘者任一次前往公司的任一职场均需携带身份证原件。
