In October 2013 a much anticipated Kebab restaurant opened in the heart of Shanghai. Brothers Kebab provides the city with the Middle Eastern traditional cuisine. The concept is be neat and simple.
The Brothers Kebab vision is to provide Shanghai with a great value-for-money meal, no matter if lunch or dinner. A variety of high quality kebab meats are together with fresh vegetables stuffed in a durum wrap or pita bread. In addition we serve a number of related dishes. All food is prepared on a daily basis from the best available materials and to offer a healthy and fresh meal alternative to people with a busy lifestyle.
The founders of Brothers Kebab, have since their arrival in Shanghai 8 years ago, been craving for a proper durum or pita kebab, as they know it from their native country, Denmark. Coming to a big and diverse city like Shanghai, they were surprised to find so few kebab and shawarma alternatives, not to mention proper ones. Therefore the guys saw no other way around it, than opening a restaurant themselves to fulfil this need.
Brothers Kebab will have long openings hours to serve hungry night crowds in search of a snack after drinks and partying. With quality chicken, lamb and beef from Australia, the quality of each and every ingredient means a big deal to ”the brothers”. Our first restaurant is located on Changle road (crossroad Fumin road) in downtown French Concession, that has been moved to Wulumuqi Road cross Wuyuan road .
By far, we have 5 stores in total. The plan is to have larger chain of kebab stores within the next couple of years. We need the right individual to work closely with us to realize this ambition and meet the demand of our already large group of satisfied and loyal customers.
