The Carrier Operations Associate will join our growing Carrier Operations Team in Shenzhen Team to deliver sea freight booking services and local logistics services to clients and their suppliers. Help us solve real-world problems while streamlining the inefficient industry of global trade.职位描述What you'll do:Execute booking and documentation processes with carriersWork intimately with Flexport squads and Flexport software to ensure an effective end to end China export process.Inform the business process and software capability needs to exceed expectations for Flexport squads, Carrier Operations team and Flexport Squads.Identify and contribute to continuous improvement program to improve quality, service, efficiency and regulatory compliance.Contribute to the development and implementation of the software and system to differentiate Flexport operations from the industry.Fill the gap for the carrier operations team as we build from zero to one and as we scale.Live and act with integrity guided by the company values including sustaining a high bar for operational quality and service.职位要求What you'll need:A strong performance record of living our valuesA desire to deliver exceptional service to our squads and to our carriers.Sea freight booking operations experience a plusChina export operations experience a plusA willingness to blend industry best practice with the Flexport operations philosophy.A process-oriented thinkerAn obsession with delivering world-class service工作地点Where you’ll work:ShenzhenOur Shenzhen team is streamlining processes at the beginning of the supply chain and strengthening relationships with Asia-based clients and partners.
