You will start your IT consulting career as Junior Support Engineer to provide professional and efficient IT technical support users in Asia. You’ll join an international and dynamic team to establish a good relationship of mutual trust with users. We expect from you a great potential to become a leader with personal example and action-oriented. Support daily run of E-commerce application(such as CRM, OMS, WMS); Take proactive action to enable stability of the application(as by using the monitor tools); Involve in non-regression test of ERP new version; Reporting & analyze monthly IT performance, plan actions for improvement; Translate business needs into deliverable IT solutions by analyzing business processes; Where will I be based? Shanghai What kind of candidates is Amaris looking for ? You have 0~3 year working experience in IT domain or related. For fresh graduates, the related internship experience will be highly appreciated; You are good at SQL and familiar with database troubleshooting; You can communicate smoothly by fluent oral and written English. Your overseas experience will be a big plus; You own strong responsibility and professionalism with good team spirit; You are open-minded and eager to accept new ideas. How can I apply?
