1、协助总监做前期的客户开发

2、参加商会，邀约客户

3、搜集写字楼相关市场信息，制作各类报表并进行数据处理

4、核对、更新、管理公司资料库的信息

5、完成总监安排的其他日常工作

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历

2、有过销售实习/工作经验，尤其是有电话销售经验者优先

3、反应敏捷、表达能力强，执行力强

4、有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力及良好的客户服务意识

5、有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力

6、有团队协作精神，善于挑战，能身体力行的参与到销售工作中

7、熟练运用OFFICE办公软件

8、普通话标准、英语流利，能与外籍人士进行日常的交流
