Description
Follow Bank Policy and fraud strategy, review and analysis the suspicious fraud cases.
Be sensitive to market fraud patterns and emerging fraud risk, provide prevention to stop potential fraud attempts.
According to Fraud Detection System rules, investigate credit card applications suspicious points then give the reasonable conclusion.
Investigate the case escalate from other department which has suspicious point and give timely and prompt feedback
Maintain the blacklist.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above.
Sensitivity of detection.
Fluent Mandarin and good oral English to communicate with foreign customer.
Work hard, and cooperative.
Strong communication ability and analytical & problem solving skill
Persistent and able to work under pressure.
