职位描述
职能类别:物流专员/助理
1.Act as an interface between ASML and customers to ensure customers requirements are fulfilled in a timely and cost effective manner
2. Keep track of all customers requirements and engineers' activities
3. Work closely with CS engineer, inventory planner and customers to ensure delivery of parts
4. Assist in monitoring the performances of Third Party Logistics(3PL) service providers
5. Coordinate 3PL warehouse operation, and customs clearance
6. Process transactions in SAP and implement daily operation
7. Conduct all duties within company policy and the specific guidelines established in applicable quality procedures.
8. Any other job duties as assigned by the manager
9.Time to time, delivery of parts needs to be made in a very short notice. The candidate needs to have the capabilities to prioritize
10. Subject to the business needs, individual may need to perform on call duty, work at customer sites, etc
