Intern Title: Project Assistant

职位名称：项目助理

Location: Shanghai实习地点：上海

Report to: Senior Associate 汇报对象：项目执行经理

3+ days/week, 3 months at least 实习周期：每周至少3天，实习期至少3个月

Summary: 概要

The Assistant will work to support the professional team and work with the firm s Senior Associate in processing and assessing deals. 项目助理将努力支持的项目专业队伍，积极配合项目执行经理处理和评估相关所有工作

Main Responsibilities主要职责:

Conduct fundamental research of selected companies and industries为选定的公司和行业开展相关的基础性研究；

Assist investment team to conduct due diligence for potential investment projects协助投资团队进行潜在投资项目的尽职调查；

Compose drafts of project documents including Teaser, industry research report, financial models, etc. 撰写项目文件资料包括项目简介，行业研究报告，财务模型等

Prepare presentation materials准备项目演示材料；

Other supporting responsibilities按上级需求参与和完成其他相关投资管理工作。

Competency Requirements能力要求：

Junior or above, preferred in Finance and Accounting大三或以上学历，金融或财务专业者优先

Investment banking and/or management consulting intern experience highly preferred具备投资银行或管理咨询公司实习经验者优先

High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail. 高水平的工作质量并关注细节

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese优秀的英语水准（书面和口头），良好的汉语沟通能力

Excellent skills at MS Office, especial in PPT, Excel and Words 熟练运用办公软件，PPT, Excel, Word

Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines具备商业敏感性，有时间观念，具备一定的抗压能力-

Quick learner and team player有快速学习能力和团队合作精神
