1. Strictly follow code of conduct & policy of Logistics Department 严格遵循制作规范和政策；

2. Enter order data into ERP 完成订单录入；

3. Make sure the correct information on Delivery Note 确保送货单信息准确性；

4. Complete adjustment orders in ERP if needed 如有必要，需在系统中完成相关订单调整

5. Track and trace orders following up with regular call with 3PL on the delivery status update 与承运商保持联系，高效地跟踪订单状态

6. Coordinate with transportation & warehouse team on the order fulfillment 与运输和仓储团队协调订单执行问题；

7. Work closely with sales team to improve customer satisfaction through high-quality customer service;

与销售团队紧密合作，通过高质量的客户服务提高客户满意度；

8. Collect customer complaint and report to supervisor; 收集客诉情况并反馈上级主管

9. Filing original sales orders and other documents requested. 对销售订单的原始单据等进行归档。

职位要求：

Fresh-graduate or 1 year working experience;

Good knowledge of PC skill including Word, Excel;

Ability to communicate in English – both written and verbal;

Good communication skill;

5. A real team player with interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional organization;
