· Executes HHI Direct Purchase Model by coordinating orders between Far East suppliers and HHI customers

Receive orders from customers, report and update new orders, release orders to suppliers, and communicate with suppliers on forecast

Communicate with customers and suppliers on shipment details

Communicate with freight forwarders to follow up shipments (logistics function)

Maintain good relationship with suppliers and customers

Capacity Review VS Total Demand for PE, customers and suppliers

· Maintain Fill Rate >98% to meet corporate goal

· Supplier Order Execution Tracking (Req ETD, Comtd ETD, Act ETD, Fill Rate, On-time Delivery)

· Conduct Supplier training on SAP order flow & requirement (e.g. supplier manual, strike rate, etc.)

· Prepare performance report and execute Supplier Delivery Performance Improvement

· System set up, e.g., ship to codes, new materials, Info Record, Source list in SAP, etc.

· Work closely with Sourcing team,

Verify product details

Ad hoc issue coordination when problems arise at supplier’s side

· Assist the Accounting Department to facilitate their daily operation by ensuring accuracy in invoices and documents and reconciles AP issues

· Supplier visit, Offsite Quarterly Operations Review or Asia travel is required

· Demand & Supply Planning and SFG & Pur Comp Order releases

· Supplier Capacity Modeling

· Provide training/best practice sharing to other teammates and suppliers
