JOB DESCRIPTION:

职位职责：

As a company system k user, your role is to maintain company system, to make sure the system operates normally and solve daily tasks and issue it might happen.

Our company system has interface with others logistic system and we are looking for one person to train that can manage issues and/or implementation in our WMS.

作为一个公司系统K用户，您的角色是维护公司系统，确保系统正常运行，解决日常任务。

Maintain the normal operation of the system and deal with the problems in the system on time

系统的正常运行，对系统中所出现的问题及时予以处理；

Direct contact with our IT team based in Italy for software and with our Chinese IT for hardware problem.

硬件问题，直接联系我们意大利的IT团队和中国IT；

Support colleagues in both site, Yangshan and Pujiang town area by remote or on site to solve daily task in the system.

远程或现场支持洋山港和浦江镇地区的同事，解决系统中的日常任务；

The person will receive a training of few months on all the logics of company system.

将接受几个月的培训，关于公司系统的所有逻辑。

REQUIRED SKILLS:
技能要求：

Familiar with computer software and hardware.

计算机软件及硬件

Good understanding of English language both written and spoken

Strong sense of responsibility

Work actively and active, has good understanding ability and communication ability, has the team cooperation spirit
