1.To plan and implement microscope analysis of film build on test samples, failure parts;

策划及实施漆膜的显微镜分析（测试/失效样件）

2.To improve microscope analysis method to get optimal display for intended purpose;

改进显微镜测试方法根据要求获得最优的显示效果

3.To prepare samples and reagents for test;

制备测试样品及试剂

4.Verification of test device performance;

测试设备的有效性验证

5.To monitor spare parts for test device;

测试设备备品备件监控

6.5S maintenance of test area；

测试区域的5S维护

7.To assist on other internal test and IQC inspection.

协助其他内部实验及原料检验工作

8.Other works assigned by supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications:

1.Bachelors degree or above, majored in science or engineering;

大学本科及以上学历，生物、高分子化学、化学工程、材料科学及相关专业；

2.Basic knowledge of paint and automotive industry;

对涂料和汽车行业有基本的了解

3.Familiar with Ms office；

熟练使用计算机办公软件；

4.Good command of English, both in spoken and written，CET-6;

良好的英语沟通能力，CET-6；

5. ''Spirit of the craftsman' with perfection, precision and patience;

专注、精确、有耐心、追求卓越、创新精神；

6.可承受一定的工作压力
