To be considered, candidates MUST be local and available for 3 days per week for at least 3 months. Major Responsibilities Support Growth and Innovation Director in daily administrative task and other tasks at Director s discretion; Perform quantitative and qualitative market research; Connect with marketing directors/leaders in Operating Companies on marketing related tasks; Connect with DBS growth leaders on DBS related tasks; Help organize such key events as Growth Conference, DBS Committee and Marketing Committee monthly meetings, trainings/workshops, etc. Assist preparing presentation for executive reviews and newsletters. Manage and update marketing and DBS daily management/visual management board. Requirements Education background: Preferred Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related majors with Bachelor Degree in healthcare, pharma, biochemistry, biotech or related areas, or dual Bachelor Degrees in the above majors. Language skill: Minimum CET-4; Solid verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English. Good command in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. Strong desire to learn along with professional drive; Willing to work overtime as needed. Self-motivated; Detail-oriented. Working Location: 上海市长宁区福泉北路518号临空国际商务花园. Salary: We offer competitively at round RMB 1,500-3,000 per month depending on your qualification and attendance.
