PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Prepare and distribute timely and insightful analysis (financial and commercial) to support Sourcing Leadership in decision making
? Conduct market research and investigating best practices to support sourcing projects
? Provide support to sourcing managers in recommendations on specific functional strategies
? Provide input and direction into business unit planning and performance metrics
? Leads projects and continually seeks ways to improve processes
? Advise on financial implications of business decisions
? Identifies and/or develop relevant management reporting and analytical tools
? Vendor management and contracting process
The internship is planned to be in various areas of indirect sourcing, the internship component includes training through hands-on work in:
? Market analysis
? Negotiations
? Tendering and Contracting process
? Supplier relationship management
? Working in cross-functional teams with professionals from HR, Finance, Facilities, Retail, and other areas of business

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
? Education: Business Administration, Finance, Management or other related faculty degree or above
? Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to work in complex environment with multiple stakeholders
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Ability to promote positive change with innovation and creativity
