A. Execute payroll administration 薪酬管理

To ensure payroll administration duly, accurately and efficiently, including salary OT, Social Insurance, Housing Fund, Business Insurance, bonus, individual income tax, and other related data calculation.

准确计算员工薪酬福利,按时发放员工薪酬,做好员工考勤统计,办理员工社保,公积金,个税申报等事宜。

B. Execute employee relationship 员工关系维护

To ensure employee relationship administration duly, accurately and efficiently, including offer letter, labour contract, probation, adjustment, Social Insurance book in and cancel and other related matters.

及时做好员工的录用、劳动合同、试用期、晋升、社保/公积金的转入(出)和其他相关事宜。

C. Assist on archives management/HRIS 人事档案/系统管理

To ensure all relative documents in file with accuracy and efficiency, including employee information, government document, recruitment document, records and all other HR documents.

建立并有效管理人事档案,包括员工信息、政府公文、录用材料、相关记录和其他文件。

D. Success on recruitment activities 招聘模块

Manage recruitment matters in HQ efficiently, including communication with agency, handle recruiting process, interview arrangement and participation, etc;

按照公司招聘制度有效完成招聘任务,与招聘公司建立相应的联系,控制招聘流程,安排并参与面试。

E. Cooperate on development of Compensation & Benefit Program, Cooperate to develop a C&B survey and budget.

协助完善员工薪酬福利项目, 如:员工薪酬福利调查工作及年度预算工作.

F. Support Training Coordination work 协助培训模块的相关工作

Coordinate relevant training work; Assist and follow some training cases and manage training contracts

协调参与培训工作;协助跟进部分培训事宜以及培训合同的档案管理。

G. Other cooperation work of HR其他人力资源工作的支持

Active and effective on all relevant work assigned by supervisor/line manager

完成上级领导交办的其他事宜。

任职要求:

? Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or other related field.

商业管理、人力资源管理或其他相关专业本科毕业。

? 5 years working experiences in HR; Manufacturer environment be priority.

5年以上人力资源管理经历,有制造业工作背景优先。

? Good skill on interpersonal & communication with team spirit

良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神。

? Professional HR business awareness on all functions including Training, C&B, Recruitment, Performance Management, etc.

熟悉人力资源管理各类职能,包括培训、薪资福利、招聘、绩效管理等。

? Be familiar with labor law and relevant policy.

? Analytical skill and good PC skills is required.
