Job Title: Management Trainee – Sales (Southwest region)

Direct Report: Sales Director - Southwest & National On-Trade Key Account

Based in:Chengdu

MT Program Background:

l The 1-year program is specially designed for all 2018 university graduates

l Focus on the different roles in his/her own Functional Business

l One on One Mentor, coaching and evaluating to help you grow

l Various Training program both on professional skills and functional skills

l Provide opportunity to participate in critical projects and work as a project team

l Career development opportunities will be provided based on the performance and potential

Job Description:

l Familiar with the various fields of the off-trade business

l Participate in the establishment of 100 groupon key account system

l Regularly visit related clients, and be able to continuously arrange brand promotion receptions

l Maintain customers actively and deepen their interaction with customers

l Collect various kinds of related information, monitor the market price, competitor’s information, etc.

Requirements：

l Bachelor above degree from a recognized university/school

l Major in marketing/business management/economic/international trade is preference

l Excellent English skills both in written and spoken

l Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, good team player

l Good ability to quickly adapt to the environment

l Good learning agility, strong self-awareness, strong capability on planning and problem solving

l Passionate with his/her career development, seeking for self-recognition and self-development. Ensure accountability and consistently achieving results, ability to work under pressure

l Excellent office skill, especially in PPT and excel
