1. 负责国际社交媒体平台的客户信息处理，回复及解答客户疑问；

2. 负责收集和分析客户反映的产品问题，与运营沟通；

3. 回复客户来往邮件；

4. 与客户保持良好及活跃关系；

5. 上级交代的其他事宜。

Job Description:

1. Deal with the customer message on social media platforms, reply and resolve problems.

2. Collect and analyze the product-related questions, communicate with colleague of Operation Department.

3. Reply customer emails.

4. Maintain healthy relationship with customers.

5. Other errands that supervisor assigns.

岗位要求：

1. 非英语专业英语6级500分以上；英语专业TEM-8以上，或同等语言水平。

2. 优秀的英文听说读写能力；

3. 熟悉国外社交媒体基本操作规则，懂得邮件用语；

4. 愿意从事跨国电商行业，有耐心及客户沟通能力；

6. 外企工作经验，跨国留学或从业经验者优先。

Jos Requirement:

1. For non-English major, CET-6 grade 500 or above is preferred; for English major, TEM-8 or above is preferred; or equivalent language level.

2. Excellent English listening, speaking, writing and reading ability.

3. Familiar with basic operating rules of international social media platform and Email wording.

4. Interested in multinational E-commerce field; patient in communicating with customers.

5. Cooperation—you are about to join a family-like team, which means cooperation spirit goes a long way.

6. Foreign company experience, overseas education background or working experience is preferred.
