岗位职责：

1、开发和维护电源管理IC相关的测试规范、测试程序、测试板卡；

2、协助设计部门进行新产品研发的测试验证和debug；

3、支持和保证测试厂状态平稳健康，保证交期和质量（有出差要求）；

4、应用方案板的分析和测试。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，有一定的模拟电路和数字电路技术理论基础，掌握C/C++编程基础；

2、一年以上IC测试工作经验；

3、至少掌握一种测试机，如ASL1000/SCV8/TR6800/V50/Eagle等等；

4、了解电源管理芯片，熟悉开关电源（AC-DC）工作原理；

5、具有较强问题分析能力、故障处理能力和动手能力；

6、熟悉PCB制图者优先考虑，如Protel/PADS等。
