职位描述：

1.参与机电在设计阶段的BIM工作, 负责对BIM项目所负责专业建模、管线优化、负荷分析、协调工作；
2.进行建筑、结构、暖通、给排水、电气专业BIM建筑信息模型搭建；
3.负责项目机电专业的CAD出图（平、立、剖）工作。
4.负责相关项目的设备族库的管理及运用。
5.电气、暖通专业优先。

岗位要求：

1.机电相关专业本科及以上学历，具备1年以上BIM工作经验，了解现场安装状况者优先考虑；
2.熟练使用Revit系列软件并有志于从事BIM研究工作，具有较强的软件学习能力；
3..具备建筑、结构、机电专业知识及施工图识图能力。
4.有电气BIM经验者优先考虑，懂参数化建模软件者优先。
