1. Assist the tax manager in doing research work for tax regulations and relevant administrative regulation based on OpCo’s consulting issues. Including but not limited to:

- Daily tax compliance requirement on the business operating (invoice issue, contract clause, payment arrangement etc.);
- Business restructuring (share transfer, asset/ liability transfer); and
- Group re-organization (liquidation, merge, newly set-up etc.)

2. Assist tax manager in doing statistics and filing work to maintain OpCo’s information, including but not limited to:
1) OpCo’s Contact List: Competent colleague to handle the tax relevant work and their contact information;
2) OpCo’s Historical Tax Profile, like the tax self-investigation, tax audit etc.;
3) Various forms preparation and maintenance to improve efficiency; and
4) Share folder maintenance to keep all softcopy files in good order

3. Assist tax manager in preparing for the tax-driven projects implementation. Including but not limited to:

- Internal legal documents preparation based on Danaher Group templates;
- Check data based on the latest corporate tax team notification;
- Document checklist preparation and updates for the timeline control purpose; and
- Closing binder filing for the wrap-up of the projects

4. Assist tax manager in cooperating with finance and other team for daily work.

5. Assist tax manager in preparing for the replies to tax query cases notified by OpCos:

- Documents review before submission;
- Relevant email draft for the reporting purpose.

Basic Requirement:

- Attendance of 3 days per week
- Fluent English writing skill
- Basic tax law related knowledge (finance or tax major would be preferred)
- Strong sense of responsibility
