POSITION _ DIRECTOR ASSISTANT

职位需求：总监助理

Position Description:

It is the function of the project administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support for Director in achieving goals and objectives set forth by the business unit on the project site. Candidate's main duties will be to support the engineering staff on a daily basis in English.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Primary responsibility is to assist the Director and Project Executive at the project site with administrative tasks.

· Maintain complete set of field office files (following group filing system)

· Maintain adequate inventory of project site supplies

· Make travel and lodging arrangements for the staff and visitors

· Prepare rooms for meetings (clean table, coffee thermos, cups, etc.)

· Maintain telephone directories for project (emergency phone list, project directory, project staff)

· Other duties as assigned on Engineering (draft, copy, distribute and file in English)

· Miscellaneous Correspondence such as approval letters, modification letters, monthly reports to owner, change orders, meeting minutes

· Maintain project logs (approval Letters, transmittal Letters, Change Orders, Purchase Orders, etc.)

Requirements

· Excellent English writing skill and fluent oral speaking

· Bachelor's Degree in English or related;

· At least 2 years of working experience, or graduating Master students with significant intern experiences;

· Relevant experience in administrative and management environment

· Excellent computer skill on MS OFFICE (Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint) PDF

· Mature, positive, cooperative and self-motivated;

· Traveling might be required/working at project site might be included.
