Advanced Management Trainee (AMT) Program

我们诚邀有志于在零售行业发展的优秀人才，加入到我们的高级管理培训生项目。为使管理培训生能够具备领导管理能力，在为期24个月的系统培训中，我们将提供包括岗位培训、部门轮岗、在职培训、项目小组以及发展分享等5个模块，以帮助我们的管理培训生更快速地了解零售行业，开启精彩的职业生涯。

We are currently looking for outstanding young talents to join our Advanced Management Trainee (AMT) Program and become future leaders in our business.

The Advanced Management Trainee Program (AMTP) is 24 months in duration, aiming to grow the leaders and leadership needed to be successful now and in the future. The program consists of 5 Learning Modules including attachment, department rotation, on-job training, project and development panel to assist the AMTs to enjoy a fruitful and rewarding career in a thriving retail business.

◆ 销售及营运部

建立高效的团队，加强我们在顾客服务方面的领导地位，以达成我们进取的发展计划

Sales and Operations Department：Deliver our aggressive business plans by building high

performance team and strengthen our leadership in customer service

◆ 销售及采购部

与外部供应商及内部部门之间的协作，为消费者提供更优质及合适的商品

Sales and Merchandising Department：Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external

suppliers to bring best suitable products to consumers

◆ 物业拓展部

制定新铺拓展规划，以配合公司的扩张策略

Property Department：Formulate expansion strategies to support the business in its

development of new stores

◆ 供应链

管理包括店铺、中央配送及运输基础设施在内的整个物流网络

Distribution Center：Build supply chain knowledge to manage a logistics network including

stores, distribution center and transport infrastructure
