Responsivities:

? Market analysis and build strategy growth plan

? Penetrate Car OEMs and Understand Car OEM chassis, safety and powertrain platforms requirements, and secure NXP VDS products and solutions succeed in China and south Asia.

? Product and solution value selling to Automotive Tier1s, and achieve design win and revenue target.

? Product lunch and marketing activities.

? Understand chassis, safety and powertrain market demand, catch up customer pain points, and deliver value to resolve customer issues, with solid executions.

An understanding of the automotive electronics application and products. automotive chassis, safety and powertrain experience is a plus

? Ecosystem and partner development

Requirements:

? Electronics Engineering Degree (Master and above)

? Knowledge of microcontrollers

? Excellent presentation and communication skills coupled with good interpersonal skills

? Team working mindset and ability
