1. 生产现场陪同翻译；英语听说读写流利，工作需要和外国人直接沟通。

2. 建筑行业，机械工程，工厂生产安装经验丰富者优先。

3. 公司书信及文件的翻译工作。

4. 公司重要会议记录及会议纪要的整理。

5. 公司内各部门沟通、信息跟踪、传达上级的各项旨意。

6. 协助公司做好产品说明书翻译工作。

7. 上级和外来文电的收发、登记、传阅、催办、回复和立卷归档等工作。

Company Introduction

Concept Modular creates and supplies proprietary technologies globally, to rapidly improve construction and project timelines, whilst improving quality outcomes that reduce our environmental footprint. Projects can be supplied complete with FF&E (Furniture, Fittings & Equipment) including pre-installed electrical, hydraulics, fire systems and automation; resulting in a significant reduction of up to 90% of on-site labor. A registered Hong Kong Limited Company with a manufacturing subsidiary in Changshu and design office in Shanghai, China. Website is under construction.

Our services:

Design & Engineering Full in-house compliment of designers and engineers from conceptual designers, BIM/CAD specialists, draftsmen, 3D design, structural and MEP engineers. Detailed structural engineering utilizing advanced BIM software is coded in house by our engineering department prior to fabrication.

Project Management and Procurement Concept Modular s experienced project managers follow a project through from planning, engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics to installation. They coordinate with the entire project team ensuring design deliverables, material selection, and procurement, schedules and budgets are strictly adhered to.

Fabrication Custom engineered CNC production line-set producing prefabricated and large format modular panels. Advanced manufacturing systems, Quality Management Plan and Quality personnel ensure products are delivered without defect and delay.

Logistics An in-house logistics team involved in the co-ordination of project delivery to site. We can assist clients in point to point logistics including local customs importation compliance, ensuring no project delays.

Construction & After Sales Installation training and manuals will be provided to increase efficiency of on-site assembly and project planning.
