Principal Accountabilities

Contract execution roles, in the 1st year when joined the conapny, the person need work in contract execution team for deep understanding the business operations.

· Learn the business through working in contract execution team by dedicated position of assigned business category and customers.

· Support contract execution supervisor to develop and optimize the working process to improve CE efficiency

· Data analysis and apply for business operations management in CE

· Prepare the CE monthly summary reports as primary management skill building up.

Logistics and transportation roles, in the 2nd year of joining the company, the person need have the experience in logistics and transportation.

· Start from the transportation assistant to understand the operations in this area and learn how to get the right contacts with the sevice vendors, understaning sourcing ,logistics planning and inbound/outbound operations

· Operate the transportation as assigned mode and routes.

· Use the freight costs structure model to benchmark our transportation effectiveness and competitiveness

· Working as plant warehouse supervisor assistant to understand warehouse operations and management, understand the working flow of raw materials procuremtent and receiving

· Understand deep in Cargill satefy policy and management through the warehouse experience

Planning and customer service roles

· Apply analytics and supply chain expertise to meet oil target inventory and service level goals while minimizing costs and obsolescence.

· Daily monitor and collaborate with planner, procurement, CE, FSQR and W&L for crude oil shipment/tank schedule, make sure oil can smoothly fufil production needs.

· Deliver oil supply status, stock level, purchase order reports and other analyses as needed. Provide data-driven decision support to the broader organization through what-if and scenario planning (as examples).

· Initiate the cutomer solutions from oveall planning and supply perspevtive as knowing of serving customers better.

Supply Chain Projects and Assignments

· Assessment/development/upgrade of scheduling and planning tools fit for our needs.

· Optimization of supply chain operations processes and other common cross-functional work processes

· Many participate in other assignments identified for better meeting future supply chain operations, or needed for individual development purpose.

Education, Experience, Skills

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor and above

· Fluent in Mandarin and good level of English (verbal and written), CET-6

· Be comfortable with high level of independency but not compromising on effective team work

· Be able to influence people in different locations and departments

· Limited travels except for some trips to headoffice and other sites for training and cross-function projects

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in team activities.

· Passionate and high energy, with the diplomacy and cooperative style necessary to positively influence others

· Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively.

· Ability to positively respond to change and seek solutions

· Detail-oriented and organized.
