RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Support and Project Coordination
技术支持和项目协调：
- Responsible for the day to day running of field trials and supporting the field test engineers
- 负责现场试验的日常运行，并协助现场测试工程师
- Apply engineering skills and knowledge to support the field trial activities
- 应用工程技术和知识来支持实地测试项目
- Locate and establish relationship with test sites to match testing needs identified by the engineers
- 准时前往各个测试场所，并按照工程师的要求进行测试
- Preserve good relationships with fleets, suppliers and all stakeholders
- 保持与车/ 船队，供应商和所有利益相关者的良好关系
- Maintain the Field Test Management System (FTMS) with all relevant data
- 维护现场测试管理系统（FTMS）与所有相关数据
- Coordinate the collection and analysis of used oil samples & operational data and resolving problems with data as it occurs
- 协调采集和分析二手油样品和操作数据，并以此为依据解决实际发生的问题
- Leverage trends in data to shape solutions and generate ideas
- 分析测试数据，并利用数据趋势提供解决方案并提出想法
- Suggest and implement improvement actions with a proactive and creative approach

- Purchasing vehicle parts and test equipment required to run field trials

- Developing fleet documentation required to start and run field trials

- Provide regular updates to engineers on field trial progress and identify hurdles and issues
- 定期向工程师提供实地试验项目进展情况，并确定障碍和问题
- Responsible for test report preparation and inspection process coordination

REQUIREMENTS :
岗位要求：
- Background in Automotive or Mechanical engineering preferred, graduate in 2018 or 2019
- 工科相关专业，汽车或机械工程的优先，18或19年毕业的在校生
- Good personal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of field test personnel
- 良好的个人沟通能力，有效地与各级现场测试人员进行互动
- High computer skills, Excel/Microsoft Word/PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

- Able to work 3 days per week, at last 3-6 months.
