职位描述 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES goetzpartners is offering Management Consulting internship positions in Shanghai, China. Interns will report to a Project Manager. As a member of the Management Consulting team, interns will be challenged to work on research, proposals, projects, and business development activities aimed at delivering business impact and value creation for leading organizations in China. Interns will support Management Consulting in the following areas: Contribute to client projects by gathering and analysing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, developing recommendations and story lines Collaborate in developing research reports and thought leadership by conducting research and analysis, drafting written materials, and providing translation Support in marketing events by coordinating with stakeholders, planning procurement and logistics Assist in managing internal operations by collecting and analysing KPIs and developing management reports to Senior Partners and Executive Committees REQUIREMENTS Outstanding records of academic and/or professional achievement Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting Undergraduate or advanced degree in progress Entrepreneurship spirit and “can-do” mindset Exceptional critical analysis and quantitative problem-solving skills Energetic and detailed-orientated Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing Advanced in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Consulting experience and cold call experience preferred Mandarin Chinese: native written, reading and oral skills required English: full professional proficient written and oral skills required Start date: ASAP Location: No.1045, Middle Huaihai Road, Huaihai Plaza, Shanghai Duration: minimum 3-6months.
