2017 GBS Technical Trainee - Technical Leadership Program (TLP)

Position title:
- Entry Level Technical Trainee（BJ/SH/SZ/）

Job Scope:
IBM Global Business Services trainees will participate the Technical Leadership Program (TLP). TLP is our technical leadership and development program for entry-level Technical professional.
The TLP aim to coach trainee to Executive Architect, even IBM Distinguished Engineer. It is designed to provide new university hires with technical training, development and practical experience necessary to successfully launch and accelerate their career.
He/she contributes to IT architecture, IT business analysis, Development and testing in customize and packaged solution consulting project and provides value-added services to the clients.
He/she assists in delivery of high quality IT solutions to clients in response to specific business requirements; develops consulting and functional skills and absorbs professional knowledge quickly.
He/she performs assigned tasks including requirements gathering, functional/process design, use case development, end user training and material development, IT architecture design, Marco/Micro Design, System Build & testing, PMO, mobile app design etc..

Key attributes:
* Prestigious university talent in process of obtaining Bachelors or Masters' degree (graduate in 2017)
* Must Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Automation, Or MIS. If having second major in Economy and Management related, such as Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance, Logistics, is a big plus.
* Good Communication Skills in both English and Mandarin
* CET 6 with high score is necessary
* Good Analytical skill and innovative approach to problems
* Willing to work under pressure and travel
* Aggressive, self-motivated, fast-learning, and team player

Preferred:
* Good knowledge and skills in IT new technology knowledge
* Good knowledge and skills in Java EE Architecture, System development experience, cloud, Big data is a good plus
