职位描述 工作内容： Owning new process introduces, process and equipment qualification.  负责新工艺导入，新设备及工艺验证。 Regular monitoring of tool/process performance to insure tool and process running safely with high quality.  负责设备及工艺参数日常监控，确保工艺及设备高品质安全运行。 Managing tool preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
