Job Description：
> Perform calibration data work packages to achieve the System Calibration defined
> Improve the technical level of relating function area
> Perform calibration work and deliver structured calibration report
> Responsible of test results and check consistencies
> Responsible for user mannual and tunning guide locally
> Inform the System Calibration Pilot about all issues found during the calibration phases
> Define testing methodology to the engine / chassis dyno technician
> Improve the relating area's competence of team based on the defined roadmap
> Join in defining the relating technical competence roadmap
> Participate in the test trips
> Participate in technical discussions and support customers with all project related items (including those related to the technical, commercial, quality, scheduling, logistics and economics etc.)
> Responsible for information exchange and communication flow between Synerject functional groups and customers, acting as interpreter and intercultural link
> Establish and maintain good personal relationship with customers
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive Engineering or related
> Good understanding of automotive engineering,
> Good knowledge in engine management systems
> Good communication skills
> Good intercultural competence and willingness to work in international team
> Fluent English both in speaking and writing
> Driving license is preferred
