媒介策划部门-Media Planner

作为媒体服务环节中重中之重，媒介策划部门需要为客户提供精准到位的媒体投放方案。因此我们要做到"知己知彼"：

* 收集详尽的数据信息，分析消费者行为和竞争对手，预测市场趋势。

* 站在客户的角度，选择合适的媒体，联合其他部门，制定出正确的媒体投放策略，达到ROI最大化，这就是我们的责任。

Job Responsibilities:

? Assist Planning / Media Manager for daily operations, including media plan, execution, materials clear-up, etc

? Prepare competitive review and consumer insights report

? Develop monthly/quarterly/annual client reports, or as when required

? Assist on new business pitch when required

? Keep good relationship with clients and have direct contact with clients when required

? Assist other planning team when needed

Requirements:

? University Graduates

? Media planning experience is a plus

? Proficiency in English, both oral and written

? Good interpersonal, communication, and judgment skill

? Excellent in computer skills, able to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint efficiently

? As a detailed, responsible and efficient team player

媒介购买部门-Media Buyer

Job description:

? Devise media schedule to implement the approved plan

? Negotiate the best possible media rate, ad positioning and added value for clients

? Secure media space and follow up on media placement

? Handle TV pre-emption and monitor print ad appearance

? Provide timely post-TV campaign analysis and print position monitoring report upon campaign completion

? Evaluate appropriate media opportunities for clients

? Update media plan and spending on a regular basis

? Ensure timely and accurate data entry for media invoicing every month

? Assist planning team in day-to-day account handling and ongoing media service delivery

Requisition:

? Good interpersonal and communication skill

? Good in computer skills, able to use MS Excel, PowerPoint efficiently

? As a detailed, responsible and efficient team player
