职责Responsibilities:
Evaluate familiar manufacturing processes with regard to their production engineering suitability with a view to improving efficiency, cost effectiveness, quality and functionality. Analyse and clarify manufacturing problems for procedures already in use
Prepare tests for the processing areas and conduct or have these conducted, analysed and documented. Modify the manufacturing processes and adapt them to the business requirements. Evaluate results and determine the processes
Prepare use or improvements in the manufacturing processes and agree with the departments. Work out and agree time schedules. Monitor the introduction of the processes. Advise departments and support procurement
Examine and make an assessment of the function and technical execution of machines and systems. Have defects rectified. Monitor quality and output
要求Requirments:
Bachelor degree or above, in metal forming related
hard worker, with awareness for details
Good communication skills
Knowledge of quality System
Will receive training and work in taicang first, and transfer to Xiangtan
