要求：
- 全日制本科院校四年级在校学生或应届毕业生，毕业可录用
- 性格开朗，沟通表达能力良好
- 细心，刻苦，有激情，有条理，积极的心态；
- 能承受工作压力；
- 热爱猎头行业。

职责：
- 在顾问的指导和帮助下完成项目招聘任务；
- 协助顾问进行COLD CALL；
- 协助顾问进行申请者的前期联系及取得简历；
- 协助顾问进行申请者的面试安排；
- 根据成熟度及职位的级别, 部分承担与客户的职位沟通工作；
- 负责市场信息收集和管理，包括：新公司资料、公司招聘信息、人才市场动态等
- 负责人才资料库的管理，包括人才资料录入、更新、登记等；
- 协助所在团队进行行业分析工作
