猎头顾问助理（兼职/全职）

Researcher（Part-time/Full-time）

工作职责：

Job Responsibilities

协助顾问完成猎头项目操作,在顾问的指导下，进行中高端职位的人才寻访和评价推荐：

Assist consultants in operating the headhunting project, and search and recommend talents under the guidance of consultants:

1、 实施顾问制定的寻访计划，通过专业渠道快速寻访候选人；

Implement search plans worked out by consultants，and search prospective candidates through specific channels；

2、 进行初步评估，将合适的候选人推荐给顾问；

Preliminarily evaluate the candidates and recommend appropriate ones to consultants；

3、 了解候选人的发展需求，提供专业的职业规划指导。

Understand the career development needs of candidates, and provide them professional career plan guidance.

职位要求：

Job Requirements

1、 统招全日制本科在读生；

Undergraduate students;

2、 CET4及以上，良好的英文读写能力；

CET4 and above, good English reading and writing ability；

3、 较强的沟通表达能力，勤奋踏实，突出的坚韧性、抗压性和责任心；

Good communicative skills；diligent，perseverantand responsible； can work under pressure；

4、 有意向在猎头领域长期发展者优先；

With the intention of long-term developmentin the hunting field is preferred.

5、 兼职要求能连续工作3个月以上，每周至少3天；可提供实习证明，表现优异者，毕业可直接转正。

Part-time employees must work for at least 3 days a week and continuous 3 months; Internship certificate can be provided; good performers can transfer to regular employees after graduation.
