岗位职责：
Working closely with Consultant and project team, participate in the executive search process in the following areas:
Perform research in the talent market and identify candidates by cold call or other relevant channel for search assignments
Conduct research on companies and industries to support on search projects.
Collaborate with the search engagement team, including the leading Principal and other research team members to develop and execute customized search strategies.
Participate in ongoing assignments to identify new methodologies and procedures that enhance the search process.
任职要求：
University graduate
Previous working experience in relevant industry would be an advantage.
Excellent telephone manner. Telephone research experience is needed
Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys meeting people creative
Good communication skills, both in Mandarin Chinese and English
Good common sense of business
