Delta Analyser 德尔塔分析仪

The REILHOFER KG end of line test system offers a durability test quality insurance, The delta-ANALYSER learns the vibrational character of the test item and saves this data. In the subsequent automatic monitoring phase it records every change of the test item and shuts of the test bench as seen as there is beginning damage.

We accelerate the turbo charger to 200,000rpm by compressed air, during the run up, we measure the unbalance, use a servo milling cutter remove the unbalance at calculated position, accuracy can reach 0.3mg,3 。

我们使用压缩空气可将增压器转子持续加速到超过200,000 rpm，加速中测量增压器的不平衡量，利用铣刀在相应角度及位置去除相应重量，精度可达0.3mg，角度精度可达3 。

工作职责Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for application of software for EOL analyser and technical support(负责艾欧尔分析仪的应用及技术支持).

2. Develop the PLC programs based on automatic equipment (基于自动化设备PLC 程序开发).

3. KUKA/ABB/FANUC Robot Development and application under the guide of the engineer.(在工程师指导下开发和应用KUKA/ABB/FANUC机器人)

4. Keep contact with global team and engineering experts in English. (和公司国际技术专家团队保持密切技术沟通).

要求：Requirements

Bachelor or master degree with mechanotronics or electrical automation related majors

Have a basic knowledge of PLC or development experience.本科或研究生机电一体化专业或电气自动化专业。有PLC基础知识或者开发经验。

知识与能力Knowledge & Skills:

Be familiar with one popular programming language; Know basic programming process and skills; Vehicle knowledge is preferred; major in automation is preferred.熟悉一种通用编程语言，会基本编程过程及技能，有汽车相关知识优先；电气自动化专业优先。

Language: English read and speak 语言：英语读写
